Third-Party Vendor Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Catering Concierge ("The Catering Concierge"), a trade name (DBA) of The Catering Concierge LLC, provides coordination, research, outreach, proposal review, advisory services, and operates a catering marketplace platform connecting clients with independent catering professionals. We do not provide catering, venue services, staffing, bartending, rentals, or any other event services directly.

All caterers, venues, and service providers we recommend, coordinate with, or list on the marketplace are independent third parties. While reasonable efforts are made to identify, vet, and coordinate qualified vendors, The Catering Concierge LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, cancellations, delays, substitutions, quality of service, or failures of any third-party vendor or venue.

Clients acknowledge that all contracts, payments, deposits, and service fulfillment related to catering, venues, or other vendors are entered into directly between the client and the selected vendor(s). The Catering Concierge may review proposals and contracts on behalf of the client, but this does not constitute legal advice or guarantee vendor performance. Any disputes, cancellations, rescheduling, force majeure events, or service failures must be resolved directly with the vendor or venue.

The Catering Concierge LLC shall not be held liable for losses, damages, missed events, financial impacts, or dissatisfaction resulting from the actions, omissions, or circumstances of third-party vendors or venues beyond our control.

Marketplace Terms

By using the marketplace platform at marketplace.thecateringconcierge.com, caterers agree that: bidding on events is free, a $199 success fee is charged to the caterer upon being selected for a job and must be paid before client contact information is released, the success fee is non-refundable once client contact information has been delivered, caterers are responsible for their own contracts and agreements with clients, and profiles are subject to review and approval by The Catering Concierge LLC.

By using the marketplace platform, clients agree that: posting events and using the marketplace is completely free with no fees of any kind, they are responsible for selecting their caterer and entering into their own service agreement with that caterer, and The Catering Concierge LLC is not a party to any agreement between a client and a caterer.

Fees & Refund Policy

Concierge Coordination Services (TheCateringConcierge.com): Clients engaging The Catering Concierge for personal coordination services are charged a flat coordination fee. Fees are earned upon commencement of services and are non-refundable once vendor outreach, planning, proposal review, or other coordination work has begun, regardless of event outcome. Fees compensate for professional time, expertise, research, outreach, proposal review, contract coordination, and advisory services rendered and are separate from any fees charged by catering companies, venues, or other third-party vendors.

Marketplace Platform (marketplace.thecateringconcierge.com): Use of the marketplace is completely free for clients — no fees of any kind. Caterers may bid on any event at no cost. A $199 success fee is charged exclusively to the caterer upon being selected for a job. This fee must be paid before client contact information is released and is non-refundable once that information has been delivered.
